On May 11, 2012, Senator Robert Casey of Pennsylvania was speaking to a small crowd in NEPA about jobs. I used the opportunity to ask him why he voted for the NDAA and if he would consider looking at legislation that would make it more clear that this unrestrained power could not be used against the American people.
